The Building High Performing Teams programme is tailored for teams seeking to improve performance and collaboration by eliminating silos and reducing misunderstandings which will ultimately lead to enhanced communication, increased accountability and commitment to the deliverables. This transformative programme is beneficial to all team scenarios, whether your team is:

  • co-located, hybrid or fully virtual
  • in the initial stages of forming as a team with a new leader or
  • an established team seeking to review and refine your ways of working

What is the programme structure?

The programme is typically undertaken through a series of six online workshops, supplemented by additional work in between each one. Many teams, however, choose to have workshop 2 in person to enable even deeper team connection.Zestfor's Building High Performing Teams programme structure

How does it work?

Drawing on extensive experience and real-world perspective, your facilitator will lead the team through the programme using established best practices. Informed by the renowned Lencioni model, the team will explore the fundamental aspects of team dynamics, tackling the 5 dysfunctions that may impede success.

Using proven methods and tools the team will be led through the process that will enable team discussions, build trust and enable deeper collaboration.

This will ultimately lead to a well-defined blue print for high performance and a solid team committed to its implementation.

While the above configuration is preferred by many of our clients for its proven effectiveness, this programme is highly adaptable and can be fully customised to suit your team’s specific needs. For instance workshops 2 and 3, or workshops 3 and 4, can be condensed into a one-day event and the duration of all workshops can also be adjusted.
