What does this programme contain?
Resilience has been defined as “the new skill” for the contemporary workforce. We live in a volatile, unstable, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world. This requires us to be resilient. But what is ‘resilience’? Resilience is our ability to prepare, adapt, recover and even grow stronger from stress, challenge and adversity.

Outline
This 2-hour online programme explores the 8 Resilience Factors. It dives into what is required for us to build our resilience so that we are able to successfully ride the challenges that this VUCA world throws at us. It explores what the resources are that we need, how to access them and provides simple yet powerful tools to build our resilience.
- Discover what resilience actually is and its key contributing factors
- Be able to understand what supports and what hinders your personal resilience
- Know how to manage your energy and emotional triggers for optimal resilience
- Identify your personal resilience and drains, and begin to build a personal resilience strategy
This engaging and interactive 2-hour online training session is delivered live-streamed, typically via MS Teams or Zoom.
