Julia has over 25 years’ experience in the blue-chip corporate world with more than 20 years’ in learning and development roles. She has designed and delivered management and employee development programmes for all levels of employees including Senior Managers and Directors throughout the UK and Europe, and across the globe.

Julia is a hands on, highly motivating training professional and coach who passionately believes every individual can be the person they really want to be when they are given the right tools, support and direction to get there.

Qualifications & Accreditations: Motivational Maps® Licensed Practitioner, Certified Online Learning Facilitator, Insights® Licensed Practitioner, Certified Career Coach, CIPD qualified in CTP, Strengthscope® Practitioner, EQ-i 2.0 /EQ 360 Certification, Belbin, MBTI, MRPharmS – Qualified Pharmacist, and BPharm(Hons) – Bachelor of Pharmacy, King’s College, London.

Lisa Scott

Operations Manager

With over 24 years’ technical experience in IT roles and 4 years’ operational experience in marketing and training sectors, Lisa Scott is a perfect fit to manage operations at Zestfor.

For those of you with an understanding of Insights Discovery, Lisa’s work style preference is blue/green which means she is great at the detail, is focused and a good problem solver. Supporting our virtual team with operational projects and helping our clients to co-ordinate training sessions, Lisa is affectionately known as Zestfor’s virtual guardian angel.

Jen Wagstaff

Public Speaking, Mindset and Sales Coach

Jen Wagstaff is a Public speaking, mindset and sales coach. She started her career in sales and then was promoted at 23 to global trainer at FedEx, travelling across EMEA and training the sales and leadership teams.

As a young woman in a corporate leadership role, presenting to senior audiences of 250+, she developed a huge interest in mindset to help her find her own authenticity and confidence in presenting. The freedom she found in overcoming her own limiting beliefs was so profound she made it her life’s work to empower others to do the same: find confidence, influence and impact when speaking in public.

Since leaving FedEx 9 years ago, she has consulted, coached and trained over 3000 people in 6 continents and over 40 countries, many FTSE500. Happy clients include Amazon, Asics, and the NHS leadership team.

With the Presenting with Impact programme, Jen delivers live training, virtual training and coaching to individuals and teams looking to educate, engage and inspire their audiences. She lives in Bristol, UK, with two young children, one middle-aged husband and an old dog called Scraps.
